Dedicated Server / Bare Metal is a physical server that is fully used by 1 client without sharing resources with other users.
Different from VPS/RDP shared resources, this service provides direct access to physical hardware so that performance is more stable for needs that require large resources.
This service is suitable for users who need more flexible control on the server side, both for hosting, heavy workloads, databases, virtualization, automation, and other technical uses.
The main differences are in resource allocation and system architecture.
Dedicated Server provides full physical resources such as CPU, RAM and storage for only 1 client. Because it doesn't share resources with other users, performance is more consistent for heavy workloads.
VPS/VDS runs on virtualization. Resources are still allocated, but the infrastructure is still on the main node which is shared with several other users.
Dedicated Servers are suitable for various needs such as:
• Websites or applications with high traffic
• Database heavy
• Game servers
• Emulator or automation that requires large resources
• Virtualization like Proxmox or other VM panels
• VPN, proxy, private lab, or environment testing
• Enterprise workloads that require stable and consistent resources
For performance-sensitive needs, a dedicated server is usually more recommended than a regular VPS/RDP.
Yes. CPU, RAM and storage on a Dedicated Server are used specifically for 1 client.
That way, performance is more stable because it is not directly affected by the use of other users such as in shared resource services.
For Flexible Dedicated Servers, the commonly available locations currently are Germany and Finland.
For some US region packages, locations may be available in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Montreal depending on stock/provider.
Region availability can change at any time based on server stock from infrastructure partners.
The estimated average setup process is around 3–6 hours.
However, under certain conditions, the process can be faster or longer depending on the queue, stock availability, OS chosen, and the provisioning process from the provider.
We try to make the server active in less than 24 hours. If there are problems with provisioning, we will inform you via the ticket/client area or the contact provided.
No. Flexible Dedicated cannot be upgraded. Select the appropriate specifications before completing the order.
The choice of OS depends on the product and panels available on the server.
For Linux, generally available templates such as Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, openSUSE, Arch Linux, and other distros are available on the panel.
For Windows, options may be available in OS Templates or through manual processes such as KVM/ISO installation, depending on server support and service policies.
Yes, OS reinstallation can be done yourself via the panel as long as the OS/template is available in the service panel.
For OS that is not available directly on the panel, the installation process may require additional assistance such as a KVM console, mounting ISO, or staff assistance.
Because the service is unmanaged, configuration after the OS is installed remains the user's responsibility.
Can. If you want to install Windows yourself, you can contact admin/support first.
Later we will help you send KVM console access if available for the server, so you can install it yourself.
You can also request an ISO mount via USB stick if you want to use a specific ISO for the installation process.
Make sure you understand the OS installation process, disk partition, driver/network, and Windows license used. Our assistance is limited to providing KVM access or ISO mounting if available.
Note: KVM/ISO availability may depend on server type, location, and support from infrastructure partners.
Console access depends on the type of dedicated server and provider used.
For some servers, access such as Rescue Mode, VNC console, or KVM console is available based on panel/provider support.
If you need a KVM console for troubleshooting or manual OS installation, please chat admin/support. If access is available, we will help you send access details.
Yes, for certain servers you can request an ISO mount via admin/support.
Mount ISO is usually used for manual installation, OS repair, custom installer, or recovery needs.
For some providers, ISO can be mounted via USB stick or virtual media method depending on datacenter support.
Please provide the OS/ISO you want to use. If a custom ISO is required, make sure the ISO link is publicly accessible and stable.
Dedicated Servers are basically suitable for virtualization needs because hardware resources are fully used by 1 client.
You can use platforms such as Proxmox, Virtualizor, or other virtualization needs as long as they are compatible with the hardware, OS, and server network configuration.
Please note, the virtualization setup is unmanaged. Configuring bridges, NAT, routing, firewalls, VMs and systems within them is the user's responsibility.
Yes, Dedicated Servers can be used for these needs as long as they do not violate the service usage policy.
For the emulator, it is recommended to use bare metal because it is more stable than ordinary VPS/RDP. However, performance still depends on the CPU, RAM, storage, OS, emulator application, and configuration used.
For VPN/proxy/mass hosting, make sure that use does not cause abuse such as spam, scanning, DDoS, IP blacklisting, or activities that violate provider rules.
For some Dedicated Server products, DDoS protection is available following the provider's policies and features.
The type of protection, mitigation capacity, and attack handling can vary depending on server location and infrastructure partners.
If you need special protection for game servers, public websites, or applications that are frequently attacked, please consult your requirements before ordering.
Each Flexible Dedicated includes 1 public IPv4.
For IPv6, availability depends on the package, location and provider used.
Additional IP can be available for certain needs, but must follow provider policies, justification for use, IP rental fees, and possible setup fees.
In general, dedicated server IPs are tied to each server, so they cannot be changed freely.
If you need a different IP, possible options are usually to redeploy to another server if available, order a new server, or use additional solutions such as VPN/proxy as needed.
For cases of IP blacklisting due to use/abuse, IP replacement and refunds cannot be guaranteed because they follow the provider's policy.
Bandwidth and traffic follow the selected package.
For certain packages, 1 Gbps unmetered is available. For some servers with larger ports such as 10 Gbps, the traffic quota can be in a certain range depending on the product and provider.
Details of bandwidth, port speed and traffic limits should be checked in the package description before ordering.
No. Flexible Dedicated cannot be downgraded. Moving to another specification requires ordering a new server.
Dedicated Servers are unmanaged.
This means we provide servers, networks, access panels/credentials, and assistance with basic hardware or network problems.
OS configuration, software installation, security hardening, firewall, applications, databases, hosting panels, VMs, emulators, scripts, and application troubleshooting are the user's responsibility.
Note: Purchasing an unmanaged service means that the user is deemed to understand how to use and manage the server.
There are no guaranteed automatic backups for Dedicated Servers.
Users are required to prepare independent backups for important data, either to external storage, cloud backup, remote server, or other backup methods.
We strongly recommend not storing the only copy of important data only on the server.
For Dedicated Servers, refunds are generally not available after the server has been processed/provisioned.
This is because dedicated servers use physical resources and follow infrastructure partner policies that typically do not support cancellation after the server is active or processed.
Refunds also do not apply to problems caused by misconfiguration, application use, abuse, IP blacklisting due to user activity, or incompatibility with software run by the user.
It is strictly prohibited to use the server for abusive activities such as cryptocurrency-mining, spam, phishing, malware, port scanning, DDoS, brute force, botnets, illegal activities, or activities that cause the IP/server to be blacklisted.
If there is a report of abuse from the provider/datacenter, the service can be suspended or terminated according to the level of violation and infrastructure partner policies.
Users are fully responsible for activities running on the server, including activities from end users if the server is resold.
If there are hardware problems, network unreachable, panel issues, or basic problems from the server/provider side, you can contact us via ticket in the Client Area or WhatsApp.
Please include clear details such as server IP, error screenshot, time of occurrence, OS used, and explanation of the problem so that checking can be faster.
For application/software problems in the OS, we can provide general directions if possible, but detailed troubleshooting remains the user's responsibility because the service is unmanaged.
