- If the service is used by another party through a reseller system, the account/order owner remains fully responsible for the use of the service.
6) Reseller / Resale Terms
FaithServer allows certain services to be resold by approved Resellers/Partners. These provisions regulate the reseller's responsibilities in use, resale, support and handling of end customers.
- The reseller program is only intended for the activity of reselling services to end customers, not solely for personal use.

- Resellers are obliged to ensure that customers understand and comply with FaithServer's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable provider/upstream policies.
- All activities, abuse, complaints, bills, disputes and risks arising from end-user resellers remain the responsibility of the main account/order owner at FaithServer.
- If there is a report of abuse from an end-user reseller, the Reseller is obliged to respond, assist with the investigation, contact the relevant customer, stop problematic activity, and ensure that similar incidents do not recur.
- If a reseller is uncooperative, does not respond to abuse, has a history of high levels of abuse, commits fraud, or violates the Terms of Service, FaithServer has the right to suspend, terminate, reject new orders, or revoke reseller status.
- Resale of services does not transfer responsibility from the primary account/order owner. Any violation by the reseller's end customer is still considered a violation by the reseller/main account owner.
7) Abuse Policy & Prohibited Activities
FaithServer has a serious policy against abuse. Users are prohibited from carrying out, attempting to carry out, facilitating, storing, running, permitting, or allowing the service to be used for activities that violate the law, harm other parties, disrupt the network, or violate provider/upstream policies.
Zero tolerance abuse: valid abuse reports may result in suspension, restriction, null route, permanent termination, data deletion, denial of future service, or other necessary action.

FaithServer is not obliged to handle communications, support, disputes, or direct requests from reseller end-users if the main order is not in the name of the end-user.
Service transfers between accounts, transfer of service ownership, or transfer of services from one FaithServer account to another account are strictly prohibited and cannot be carried out, unless otherwise stated in writing by FaithServer.
Any abuse or violation committed by an end-user reseller is still considered a violation by the main account/order owner and can result in suspension, restriction, null route, termination, rejection of new orders, or revocation of reseller status.

10) IP Address Policy
The IP address assigned to the service is attached to the relevant service/server and cannot be selected, exchanged, moved or replaced based on the User's request, unless there is a special technical policy from FaithServer or provider/upstream.
