Featured Features
Practical resources for light websites, development and operations with measurable usage.
Each service runs in a KVM-based virtual environment with its own operating system access.
The choice of Intel or AMD CPU follows the nodes and stock available when the service is activated. Packages can be placed on either Intel or AMD based infrastructure.
Computing resources are shared with other services on the same node, so performance can adapt to infrastructure usage conditions.
SSD capacity follows the specifications listed on the Budget VPS package.
The connection uses a 1 Gbps port that is shared with other services on the node.
Traffic limits follow the allocation displayed on each package.
Get full root access on Linux or administrator access on Windows.
Select Linux or Windows from the available operating system options.
Operating system configuration, applications, security and data are managed independently by the customer.

25 questions
Budget VPS is a more affordable VPS service that is suitable for basic to medium needs.
This product is ideal for users who need a low-cost server but is still stable enough for normal daily use.
Because it is in the budget line, the features, flexibility and availability targets are different from Premium VPS or VDS services.
Currently Budget VPS is available in the USA region.
Region availability can change at any time depending on the node stock and provider used.
Because this product is designed as a more economical option, with simpler specifications, feature flexibility, SLA targets and resource allocation than the Premium line.
Budget VPS is suitable for users who need an economical server for standard use, not for heavy or mission-critical workloads.
Budget VPS is more suitable for light to medium needs such as small websites, light bots, small panels, testing, development, personal VPN if allowed on certain packages, or personal projects.
For heavier workloads, intensive resources, high traffic, or the need for more consistent performance, it is recommended to choose Premium VPS or VDS products.
If the workload requires large and stable resources, Dedicated Server / Bare Metal is usually a more ideal choice.
No. Budget VPS products are not permitted to be used for tunneling or VPN.
If you need services for VPN, proxy or tunneling, please consult first so you can be directed to a more suitable product.
Yes, Budget VPS is still suitable for hosting websites with light to medium needs.
This product can be used for personal websites, landing pages, blogs, small panels, or development projects.
For websites with high traffic, large databases, or more consistent uptime/performance needs, you should use a higher package.
Budget VPS is not recommended for heavy emulators because resources and virtualization features can be limited depending on the node.
For emulator needs, it is recommended to use a Bare Metal Dedicated Server so that performance is more stable and does not depend on shared resources.
If you still want to try on a VPS, performance cannot be guaranteed and depends entirely on the application, OS and user configuration.
Yes. Budget VPS includes unmanaged services.
This means that customers are responsible for server use, application installation, OS configuration, websites, scripts, databases, panels, firewalls, security, and software running on the server.
FaithServer continues to help with problems from the service or infrastructure side, such as the server not being able to be turned on, network unreachable, panel problems, rebooting, reinstalling, or indications of problems from the provider side.
Note: Purchasing an unmanaged service means that the customer is deemed to understand how to use and manage a VPS.
With unmanaged services, support does not cover application troubleshooting or internal configurations created by the customer.
• Setup website, domain, DNS, SSL, database, mail server, bot, proxy, VPN, hosting panel, or installation and configuration of third party applications.
• Optimize application performance, script errors, dependency errors, firewall configuration from the OS side, and login problems due to customer configuration changes.
• Installation or repair of special software on the server.
We can still provide general direction where possible, but the primary responsibility for server management remains with the customer.
Refunds do not apply to problems caused by customer configuration errors, application errors, resource overload, abuse, IP blacklisting due to use, or violations of the Terms of Service.
If there are problems from the service/infrastructure side, we will help check first and provide solutions according to the results of the check.
Compensation, if eligible, can be given in the form of service credit, extension of active period, or other solutions according to FaithServer checks.
It is prohibited to use Budget VPS for abusive activities such as spam, phishing, malware, port scanning, DDoS, brute force, botnets, illegal activities, or activities that cause the IP/server to be blacklisted.
If there is a report of abuse from the provider/datacenter, the service can be suspended or terminated according to the level of violation and infrastructure partner policies.
The customer is fully responsible for all activities running on the server.
Budget VPS has different availability targets than premium services.
For Budget VPS products, the SLA target is in the range of 96%–98%, depending on the condition of the node, location and infrastructure used.
The SLA only applies to verifiable infrastructure disruptions, not due to customer configuration, application errors, resource overload, abuse, suspension, or Terms of Service violations.
Not automatic. SLA claims need to be checked first based on service status, logs, monitoring, and information from the provider if necessary.
If the problem meets the requirements, compensation can be given in the form of service credit, extension of the active period, or other solutions according to the results of the FaithServer check.
Downtime due to customer configuration errors, excessive resource use, abuse, suspension, termination, or certain maintenance is not included in the scope of the SLA.
No. Currently Budget VPS does not support package upgrades.
If you need higher resources, please order a new package according to your needs.
For more flexible upgrade needs, Premium VPS or VDS products are usually recommended.
There is no downgrade option available for Budget VPS products.
Make sure to choose a package that suits your needs before ordering.
Not always. VPS Budget stock can change at any time depending on node and provider availability.
If stock is empty, you can wait for restock or choose another available product.
Not always. Budget VPS uses an Intel Xeon or AMD EPYC processor randomly, depending on node availability.
This product is still suitable for standard needs, but is not intended for heavy CPU-intensive workloads.
If you need more consistent or specific CPU performance, it is recommended to choose the Premium VPS, VDS, or Dedicated Server package.
Not always. Traffic or bandwidth follows the selected package.
Traffic details, limits and bandwidth policies need to follow the package description available on the order page.
Budget VPS uses a 1 Gbps shared port which is suitable for general needs and normal use.
Because ports are shared, network performance can vary depending on node conditions, network routes, and usage at any given time.
All Budget VPS plans include 1 public IPv4.
IPv6 is not included in the Budget VPS product.
The IP on a VPS service is generally tied to the service/server used, so it cannot be changed freely.
If you need a different IP, you usually need to order a new service or follow the options available from the provider if possible.
IP changes do not apply to problems caused by abuse, spam, blacklisting, or use that violates service policies.
Linux and Windows OS options are available, depending on the template available at the time of order or reinstall.
The availability of OS templates can change depending on the panel and provider used.
If you need a specific OS, it is recommended to confirm first before placing an order.
Yes. Budget VPS is still equipped with a control panel for basic features such as start, stop, reboot, and traffic monitoring.
However, the panel features on the Budget VPS are more limited than the Premium VPS Multi-Region products.
Some advanced features may not be available depending on the package, node, and provider used.
Yes. Reinstalling the OS can be done via the panel if the OS template is available.
Please note that the reinstall process will delete data on the server.
Make sure to do a backup first before reinstalling because data backup is the customer's responsibility.
Yes, we can help with initial checks if the server cannot be accessed.
Checks include server status, power status, basic network, panel, and possible problems from the infrastructure side.
If the server is running normally from the system side but the problem comes from the OS configuration, firewall, application, RDP, SSH, VPN, or customer software, then this is included in unmanaged coverage.
