Dedicated Server / Bare Metal is a physical server whose resources are used exclusively by one customer.
CPU, RAM, storage, and network interface run directly on physical hardware, not shared virtualization like a regular VPS.
This service is suitable for needs that require stable performance, large resources, and full control over the server environment.
Note: Our Dedicated Servers are unmanaged by default. This means that managing applications, OS configuration, application security and software on the server is the customer's responsibility.
VPS/VDS runs on virtualization nodes and the physical resources remain on the host server which can be used by several customers.
Dedicated Server provides full physical resources for one customer, making it more suitable for heavy workloads, large databases, virtualization hosts, game servers, or needs that require consistent performance.
If your needs are light and flexible, a VPS is usually sufficient. If you need large and dedicated resources, Bare Metal is more ideal.
Location availability follows the stock currently available in our system.
Regions that can appear include:
• Germany
• Netherlands
• United Kingdom
• United States
• Canada
• Singapore
• Japan
Locations can change at any time depending on stock, price and availability of the data center.
Note: The product list on the Dedicated Server page is updated automatically from the FaithServer catalog, so stock and prices may change without prior notice.
Dedicated Servers use limited physical stock. If the server has been ordered by another customer, the stock may disappear from the catalog.
Prices can also change depending on currency, region, specifications, setup fees, and hardware availability.
The Faithserver website displays a list of servers from the catalog which is updated regularly, so that the data displayed is closer to the latest stock conditions.
Yes. On a Dedicated Server, CPU, RAM and physical storage are used for one customer only.
Customers get access to one physical server according to the selected specifications.
Performance can still be affected by OS configuration, workload type, application quality, disk health, and network usage.
Available specifications may vary for each server.
Information displayed in the catalog includes:
• Server / chassis model
• CPU and number of cores
• RAM
• Storage
• Region and datacenter location
• Network port or available network description
• Estimated delivery
• Monthly price and estimated initial payment
The Network column displays network information available from the API, for example 1 Gbps Port, 10 Gbps Port, or Unmetered if such data is available.
If the API doesn't provide explicit monthly traffic data, we don't display traffic numbers such as 30 TB to avoid being misleading.
For some products, the only information available is port speed, not monthly traffic quota.
Note: If customers need certainty about traffic included for a particular server, please ask our team before ordering so we can check based on the server selected.
Each Global Dedicated includes 1 public IPv4. Availability of IPv6 or additional IP addresses depends on region, stock and terms of service.
Some ports or high-risk activities may be restricted according to network and anti-abuse policies.
Spam, phishing, malware, DDoS, aggressive scanning, botnets and illegal activities are not allowed.
For email server needs, bulk SMTP, proxies, VPN, or other sensitive traffic, you should consult first before ordering.
The server can be used for various legal workloads that do not violate the Terms of Service.
Activities such as spam, phishing, malware, botnets, DDoS, brute force, aggressive scanning, illegal activities, or activities that cause abuse reports are not allowed.
If there is a serious abuse report, services may be limited, suspended, or terminated according to policy.
OS options may vary depending on servers and available integrations.
Generally the server can be used for Linux such as Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, or other compatible systems.
For Windows Server, availability and installation methods may vary depending on available template support, licensing, and reinstall features.
Note: If the desired OS is not available in the order options, please contact our team for a manual check.
Dedicated Server uses monthly billing.
On the first order, the invoice may consist of:
• Setup fee if any
• Prorate for the current month
• One month later
After that, renewal will follow the monthly cycle according to the due date stated on the invoice.
Note: The total initial payment that appears in the catalog is an estimate based on setup fees, prorata, and the following month's prices.
Monthly price is a recurring fee per month.
Setup fees, if any, will be shown separately in the price details.
The initial payment is a total estimate that includes the setup fee, the current month's prorate, and the following month.
Delivery estimates can be different for each server, for example 1 hour or several working days.
Servers with fast delivery can usually be processed more quickly, but it still depends on payment, order verification, and stock availability when the order is processed.
If stock changes before payment/order is completed, our team will contact the customer for replacement or refund options according to the order conditions.
Dedicated Servers have monthly contracts that need to be renewed on time.
Customers need to pay the renewal invoice before the specified cutoff so that the infrastructure partner contract does not enter the next month without payment.
If an invoice is not paid by the cutoff, the system can schedule a service cancellation at the end of the current period to avoid the next month's charges.
Note: If a customer pays after a scheduled cancellation, the same server availability cannot always be guaranteed.
Dedicated Servers use professional datacenter infrastructure, but can still experience problems such as hardware issues, network issues, maintenance, or problems with the customer's OS.
If there are indications of hardware or network problems from the infrastructure side, our team will help with escalation and checks according to procedures.
Disruptions originating from OS configuration, applications, internal firewalls, or customer workload overloads include unmanaged areas.
Dedicated Servers are unmanaged by default.
Faithserver helps on the server service side such as provisioning, service status, basic network, hardware issues, and assistance regarding available Client Area features.
OS configuration, application security, database optimization, installation of software, panels, scripts, internal firewalls, and application troubleshooting are the customer's responsibility.
Note: If customers need further server management assistance, they can ask for managed service options if available.
