VDS with dedicated cores is suitable for workloads that require consistent performance. Dedicated/Bare Metal is suitable for 24/7 high loads, multi-instance emulators, virtualization of many VMs, game servers, or projects that cannot share resources.

Yes. Multi-Region VPS provides a Control Panel for Start, Stop, Reboot, Console, reinstall OS, reset password, and monitor traffic. This Control Panel feature is currently specific to Multi-Region VPS products.

Budget uses shared CPU for light needs. Premium uses a shared AMD EPYC CPU with more stable performance for production. VDS uses dedicated cores for applications that require consistent performance and higher CPU load.

Dedicated/Bare Metal is a physical server used exclusively by one customer. This service is suitable for multi-instance emulators, heavy databases, game servers, virtualization of many VMs, and enterprise workloads.

Linux options include Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS/AlmaLinux, and other distributions depending on region template. Windows options include Windows Server 2019–2025 as well as Windows 10/11 Enterprise LTSC for select RDP services. Please confirm the specific version before order.

Reinstallation can be done to replace the OS or perform a total reset. The reinstall process deletes all data on the server. Available OS templates can be selected via the Client Area.

Currently the Indonesian location is not available. For Indonesian users, Singapore is generally a location with low latency. For global targets, select the United States or Europe according to the target user. Location follows the availability of data center partners.

All services use a dedicated Public IP, not NAT sharing. VPNs for personal use are permitted as long as they comply with the Terms of Service. Public or mass commercial VPNs, public proxies, and activities that have the potential to cause abuse are not permitted.

The IP remains the same as long as the service is active and is renewed before it expires. If the service expires and is not renewed, the IP can become detached and potentially change.

Some products have DDoS protection according to data center and regional policies. Communicate the need from the start if the service is sensitive to DDoS so that it can be directed to the appropriate product.

The emulator can be run depending on the type and load. For intensive, multi-instance, or 24 hour nonstop use, a Dedicated Server is recommended. Emulators that require a GPU are not recommended unless the server has GPU support.

Premium VPS and Hetzner VPS can be upgraded, but not downgraded. Budget VPS, Flexible Dedicated, and Global Dedicated cannot be upgraded or downgraded.

Backups depend on the type of service. Use daily or weekly application backups as well as separate copies such as S3 or remote storage. Include service IP and error details when requesting help.

Server services are provisioning-based digital products, so services that are already active generally cannot be refunded. Problems from the provisioning side will be evaluated to find solutions according to policy. Consult your needs before ordering to avoid choosing the wrong package.
