Regional availability may change at any time depending on provider stock and capacity in each location.

The closer the server location is to the majority of your users, usually the latency will be lower.

Lower latency can make access to websites, applications, RDP, APIs, bots, or other services feel faster and more responsive.

For example, if the majority of users are in Southeast Asia, the Singapore or Tokyo region is usually more ideal than the US/EU region.

Can't. Please make sure the selected region is correct before checkout.

Orders will be processed according to the region stated on the order, so there is no change of region after the service is processed.

There are no refunds or region changes available if the region selection error originates from the customer's side.

Yes. This service includes unmanaged service.

This means that customers are responsible for server use, application installation, OS configuration, websites, scripts, databases, panels, firewalls, security, and software running on the server.

FaithServer continues to help with problems from the service or infrastructure side, such as the server not being able to be turned on, network unreachable, panel problems, reboot, reinstall, console, password reset, or problems that are indicated to originate from the service system side.

Note: Purchasing an unmanaged service means that the customer is deemed to understand how to use and manage a VPS.

With unmanaged services, support does not cover application troubleshooting or internal configurations created by the customer.

• Setup website, domain, DNS, SSL, database, mail server, bot, proxy, VPN, hosting panel, or installation and configuration of third party applications.

• Optimize application performance, script errors, dependency errors, firewall configuration from the OS side, and login problems due to customer configuration changes.

• Installation, repair, or custom setup of special software on the server.

We can still provide general direction where possible, but the primary responsibility for server management remains with the customer.

Refunds do not apply to problems caused by customer configuration errors, application errors, resource overload, abuse, IP blacklisting due to use, or violations of the Terms of Service.

If there are problems from the service/infrastructure side, we will help check first and provide solutions according to the results of the check.

For errors in selecting a region after the order has been processed, refunds or changing regions are not available.

It is prohibited to use the service for abusive activities such as spam, phishing, malware, port scanning, DDoS, brute force, botnets, illegal activities, or activities that cause the IP/server to be blacklisted.

If there is a report of abuse from the provider/datacenter, the service can be suspended or terminated according to the level of violation and infrastructure partner policies.

The customer is fully responsible for all activities running on the server.

Not always. Some regions may have different prices, capacities or plans.

For example, the Asia-Pacific region generally has higher prices than some EU or US regions.

This difference follows infrastructure costs, datacenter capacity, network, and pricing from providers in each location.

Because each location has availability, pricing, network capacity and resource pools that are not always the same.

As a result, the plans available in each region can be different, both in terms of price, storage options and package availability.

IP will follow the allocation from the provider in the selected region.

The IP on VPS services is generally tied to the server/service used, so it cannot be changed freely.

If you need a different IP, the possible options are usually to order a new service or follow the provider's options if available.

IP changes do not apply to problems caused by abuse, spam, blacklisting, or use that violates service policies.

Yes. Each plan includes Basic DDoS Protection at the network level. This protection helps mitigate common attacks, but does not guarantee the server is protected from all types of attacks.

OS templates may change according to availability from the panel/provider.

Yes. OS reinstallation can be done via the panel as long as the OS template is available.

The reinstall feature makes it easier for customers to replace the OS without having to wait for a manual process from the admin.

Please note that reinstalling will delete data on the server, so make sure you have done a backup first.

Yes. There is a control panel with features such as start, stop, reboot, reinstall, console, reset password, rDNS, traffic monitoring, and other VPS management features.

This panel helps customers carry out basic VPS management independently without having to always contact support.

Yes. Premium VPS Multi-Region provides console access via a panel, so customers can check when the server cannot be accessed via SSH/RDP.

The console is useful for basic troubleshooting such as checking boot, OS login, network config, firewall, or server conditions when remote access has problems.

If the server is running normally from the system side but the problem comes from the OS configuration, firewall, application, RDP, SSH, VPN, or customer software, then this is included in unmanaged coverage.

Yes, specifically for this product the use of tunneling or VPN is permitted as long as it does not violate the applicable Terms of Service.

Yes, can. There is an upgrade option to a higher package as well as additional disk add-ons if available in that region/package.

The upgrade process can take time and may require a reboot for resource changes to be read correctly.
