Premium VPS Multi Region API & Control Panel Unavailable on June 29, 2026

The API and control panel for the Premium VPS Multi Region product were not available. Several features such as server details, start, stop, reboot, reinstall, and VNC console experienced timeouts or failed to be accessed. VPS that are already running are not automatically affected.

29 Jun 2026, 21:48 IWST — The problem has been resolved. The Premium VPS Multi Region API and control panel can now be used normally again.
29 Jun 2026, 18:42 IWST — We detected problems with the Premium VPS Multi Region management system so that the API and control panel could not be used during the incident. The team is monitoring conditions and will provide updates as new information becomes available.
