Budget VPS products do not receive reseller discounts. Annual products or annual promos are calculated using the normal monthly package price for recurring value. Benefits can be adjusted if recurring falls below the met tier.

Program rules
Not for personal use
Reseller benefits are provided for resale activities. Resellers are required to handle abuse, comply with the Terms of Service, and respond to instructions from FaithServer or providers.
Abuse and violation
Spam, phishing, port scanning, DDoS, brute force, malware, network abuse, illegal activities, as well as use that causes the IP or server to be blacklisted are not permitted. Services can be terminated according to the Terms of Service if reports are not handled.

What products can be resold?
Premium VPS Multi-Region, Budget VPS, and Flexible Dedicated Server are available for resale. Budget VPS products are not included in the reseller discount scheme.
Can services be sold using a reseller brand?
Yes. Resellers can sell services using their own brand and FaithServer acts as a service provider behind the scenes.
How are new resellers evaluated?
The monthly recurring minimum begins to be evaluated after the first 3 months since the reseller is approved. After this period, the benefits follow the recurring tier that is fulfilled.
Who handles end customer support?
Resellers handle support directly to their final customers. FaithServer helps resellers on the server side, panel, network, hardware, or available service features.
What are the responsibilities of an unmanaged service?
Operating system configuration, applications, security, optimization, backup, and use of services are the responsibility of the reseller or end customer.
